Most likely the diode that provides the high voltage for the Magnetron is bad. They are simple to replace, and not very expensive. If you are a bit adventurous, and want to learn something, take the case off, and find the diode, then go and get one and replace it. A slightly different path would be to take the case cover off, and take the rest of it to an appliance parts store and ask for help to identify the diode, unless it is plainly marked, get the replacement, and then install it yourself. The only other possibility is the Magnetron is bad. If that is the case, go buy a new microwave oven.

hmmm..thats a strange microwave you got there;-0 it must have come from outta space...alryt the thing it a microwave uses waves to cook your food. the reason why it rotates is so that the food can absorb the heat energy of the microwave in an equal manner...

if it just spins but no heat is there then i suggest that you take it back where it came from cause i believe that there is something wrong with its magnetron

Either the Magnetron is burned out, or maybe the controller isn't supplying any power to it.
