spreading the word of God

Can you imagine, if that's all that all humans did during life, so it was just a big circle of evangelizing (and basically redundant), THEN what would be the meaning of life beyond that? There has to be more to life than just being a SALESMAN!

Furthermore, isn't having no other purpose than being a "vessel" just being USED?

We are to enjoy life and to learn. The only true satisfaction you'll ever find comes from worshipping God, though. You can try to fill that void with ________ or ____ ______ but nothing is going to cut it in the end except for God. Just because you haven't ever had the void filled with God, you assume I'm wrong. Apparently you don't want to learn how to have fun.

By the way, the meaning of life isn't spreading the word of God. That's just an act of love and obedience while we're here for now. The meaning of life is to experience God's love and to thank him for it with our lives in worship. It's like touching an electric fence, it's way better than drugs, in fact God tells us rather than being drunk to be filled with his spirit. That sounds like kind of a high to me, not some fuddy-duddy old God that doesn't want you to experience anything. Why are some people so afraid of experiencing the truth? I know, you're just too afraid that God will ask you to change, that you'll have to give up control. Well, you're right and it's sooo worth it. God bless!

I thought the purpose of life was to (1) have fun, and (2) to learn. Neither of those two things is readily endorsed by religion.

A person who knows the truth is obligated to comply with it and also to spread it to whoever they can. Not doing so would be immoral and unwise.

Other things in life like eating ice cream, mars bars and other luxuries are for people who waste their time.
