THERE ARE 4 CUSPIDS AND 8 BICUSPIDS (ALSO CALLED PREMOLARS).
NUMBERS 4,5,6,11,12,13,20,21,22,27,28, AND 29 RESPECTIVELY.
6,11,22 AND 27 ARE THE CUSPIDS. THE REMAINDER ARE THE BICUSPIDS.
YOU COUNT FROM THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE AND COUNT EACH TOOTH IN ORDER.

(Starting at your two front teeth, its the 3rd pointiest longest one (in most people lol) to the right, and to the left.)
