Hi my name is Lady Morgana, and I'm a Religio-Spiritaholic. I started with one or two posts on weekends, and nothing too heavy, just the occasional light question, but my addiction has grown and grown. I take my laptpop with me, hidden in a brown paper bag, and I type away under park benches and in dark alleys. I started in on the hard core quesitons, and now I suck down quarts of them, yes, quarts.
I had told myself that I wasn't addicted as long as I never went online in the morning, but now I get up and before work, at 6 a.m., I take out the secret laptop that I have hidden under some loose boards in the basement, and I am typing away. I get the tell tale "finger curl" the sign of a person who has been typing and typing, and I hide my hands sono one knows.
I feel that there is no hope for me, because I have sold all my stuff and my car to support my hapbit. I have lost jobs and the respect of my friends and family.
I admit that I am powerless over R/S and my life has become unmanageable.
Help!

Hello everyone, my name is Marlene and I have a problem. I am addicted to the LGBT section of Yahoo Answers.
I love reading questions from my friends and how they are dealing and how to help them with their problem, even the infamous Dr. Doris and Tara J have my love. Not that they deserve it.
I remember the first time Dr. D attacked the forums, she was such an uneducated person. I'm not sure if she was truly feeling that much hatred or if it was just a prank, but I know for a fact that she doesn't truly exist anymore. Just copycats that want to mock her.
Although some of the preteen angst is prevalent on the board, I still enjoy sifting through the questions. I usually answer questions with all my heart.
I hope you all have a wonderful day.

Greetings!
We are all alone.
However, I just got a message FROM Anonymous:
"Good people of the Craft,
If you by chance find that you have a little time to spare, I humbly request that you lend support to our brothers and sisters out there in harms way. Southern California is our home and this is our community and our backyard is on fire. If there was ever a moment that people of the Craft might come together to help our own, this is one of those moments. What kind of community do you want to be a part of?
I would ask for people to light a candle, but that would be inappropriate. Take a glass of water, bless it or consecrate it and place upon it your well wishes. Return it to the Earth and as it nourishes the Earth may the Goddess hear your prayers.
Witches heal and when we heal ourselves, we heal the Earth.
When we heal the Earth, we heal ourselves.
In Her Name.
Unsigned
~I need no recognition. Just pass this message along.~"
So you see, SOME Good can come of this site-

*stands up solemnly* Hi, my name is Nicky, and I am an addict. I know I have a problem and the first step to overcoming it is admitting it, and I'm willing to take the first steps.
I'm addicted to R&S and LGBT. Here on R&S, it's exhilarating to fight off ignorance and fundamentalists...it's great to be able to vent some of that anger out on here, and I can be myself on LGBT without having to worry about being judged. Well, that is, except from the nasty people from R&S that decide to hop over there and tell us we're all going to Hell for being who we are...but that's beside the point.
This addiction has seriously affected my life. (No, it has, really!) While it has been beneficial for me to help myself come to terms with my sexuality, I'm now on here every chance I get. I neglect my schoolwork. Furthermore, I've become nocturnal, staying up until all hours of the night because I can't get enough Answers!
This is almost as bad as my addiction to Ovaltine. I need help, and I'm ready to go to rehab.
PS--Oh my God, I just about died laughing when I saw this...thank you! I'm not alone!

Hi, my name is Suzi (hi suzi) and I'm a YA addict. Although I was in denial for several weeks, I have finally come to the conclusion that I need a life. I look forward to coming home and seeing what far-out things people have written in R&S. I have only ventured a time or two away from our R&S - it's not the same, is it?
I have even been known to check YA at work (gasp!). Although I have forced myself to cut back, it still calls to me daily.
Good luck and God Bless

Hello, my name is PrairieCrow, and as you can see by this big orange badge I'm wearing, I'm a Yahoo!Answers addict.
It started out innocently enough -- just a few little answers here and there... but over time those "few little answers" started to multiply... until every single day I was answering ten or twenty questions. Honestly, it's like eating peanuts. You can't stop at just one handful. Or at least, I can't.

Hi, I'm Gypsy and I'm an YahooAnswersR&S aholic. I know what you mean sweetie, when I first found it, it was like a drug. I finally got pissed off at somebody and stayed off for a week or two, but I pretty much have to have a fix every day. The way I see it is, this sh!t is cheap, and I'm not hurtin' anybody. It could be worse. Much worse.

Hi, my name is Molly and I am a Yahoo! Answers addict. There I said it! That wasn't so hard.
I started out asking a question and then before I knew it I had answered one. Oh, my gosh, it felt soooo good, so I did it again. Then again and again. Now I can't stop myself.
