i like tea just when a got the flue, but its not my favorite drink.

Green Tea is good, and good for you.

Japanese researchers claim if you drink five cups of green tea a day, you'll burn 70 to 80 extra calories. Dr. Nicholas Perricone, an anti-aging specialist, appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show and told Oprah's viewers they can lose 10 lbs. in 6 weeks drinking green tea instead of coffee
Some green tea lovers restrict their intake because of the caffeine it contains — about half the amount as is found in coffee. Too much caffeine can cause nausea, insomnia or frequent urination.
Drinking green tea mixed with honey can oftentimes have a soothing effect on a sore throat.

Every mornig, I drink , about one liter, of the green tea ,
But I like mutch more,to drink the EARL GREY, tea because
it has a delicious esmeil, and it make me feel good .

I prefer coffee but sometimes I enjoy a good cuppa....

An irish breakfast blend in the morning

camomile at night or to relax

peppermint or ginger when my stomach is slightly upset

green tea as a pick-me-up, especially with an upper respiratory infection, or when I'm feeling all around draggy....

well I go to a herbal Cinese tea store where they make tea the best way and is much better than tea bags it allows the water to run through it.

Plain old Lipton tea, esp cold, because for generations in my family it was good enough. Also enjoy Olong and Earl Grey, but hot.

Chamomile. I have occasional stomach issues and just the smell alone settles my stomach.

my favorit Its fruts because is more delicios and I drink´s only milk and nating, nating sugar. OK. its very nice.

i dont't drink tea
i dont really like it and idk why but it just doesn't taste very good to me. it tastes very bitter
