AIRBUS A380 is the largest passenger airplane.
The Dreamliner will be the best airplane due to its amazing numbers and fuel economy. It is a very good investment for Boeing and the A380 not. They have a lot of problems with thr delivery and many orders have been cancelled.
you can read a lot about it in Wikipedia.
good luck

The A380 is the largest passenger airline, the 787 isn't even close and the Spruce Goose has the largest wingspan but its shorter than the 747. So for passenger plane, A380, non passenger Antonov An-225 Mriya.

The "Spruce Goose" wasn't a passenger plane, but rather design to ferry troops and supplies overseas during WWII. Only one was built (When it was located in Long Beach, Ca, I went to see it several times. Now it's located in an aerospace museum in I believe Oregon). It only flew once (if you call skimming the water as flying).
The 787 is about the size of a Boeing 767.
The Airbus A380 is supposed to be the largest commercial passenger airliner, surpassing the 747, which held that title for 37 years.

AIRBUS A380.

The Spruce Goose was designed and set up as a cargo plane. While it flew, it did so in ground effect and probably would not fly at any reasonable altitude.

The Dreamliner is smaller and has fewer seats than a 747, which is smaller than the Airbus. It will be able to get into almost any airport in the world so demand is expected to be high.

You can eliminate the Spruce Goose as it is not a passenger plane. It was built to haul military cargo, but was only flown one time.
