The Naga peoples of Northeast India were mainly headhunters early in the 20th century. Some brought them the Gospel in the late 1800's and early 1900's and today most of the members of this people group are born-again Christians, despite suffering intense persecution and slaughter at the hands of the Indian government in the past couple of decades. You would be hard-pressed to find a headhunter among them today.
God is well able to save the savage.
But what's to become of you?

The Bibles says YOU must be Born Again. Thats pretty clear. Now obviously if a person never heard of Jesus Christ or had a learning disorder or did not know right from wrong then God is not going to send them to hell. But In America with a Church on every corner there is no excuse, when we stand before God on judgement day we will only answer for ourselves, Nobody else!!

God judges people according to what they know and most societies, no matter how primitive have a concept of God. most are more accepting of the Gospel, than those in industrialized nations. They understand the concept of The Tribal Man. The people that need to be concerned are the ones who have Heard the Gospel Message and reject it. Revelation 22.

God as always has answered this already. Amazing isn't it. The verses say below one who does not have the law or has not heard it is justified without the law. Thus people who have never heard of Jesus will be judged not by accepting Jesus but by their lives. If they do what God commands without ever knowing God commanded it.
Romans 2:12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
Rom 2:13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
Rom 2:14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
Rom 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)

like it or not the Bible doesn't say exactly what will happen to this person. it does say that anyone who has heard has a decision to make. please choose Christ. start by reading the gospel of john in the new testament.

before Jesus comes every person on earth would have heard about Jesus- and the proof in His creation is enough to show forth who God is- however if there is anyone that dies before they were at the age of accountability dies, they go straight to heaven.

If he has not heard of Jesus and His promise of heaven, then he has a free pass.
If he has heard and denied the truth then yes he's going down.
