A guy likes me and I show the signs that I like him too. It's been 3 (almost 4) months since we did that. I'm athletic, curvy, and pretty. Why is he taking so long?? I thought it was the girls who were like that. I'm pretty sure that he likes me because I gave him notes and he would reply and his friends say that he likes me.

The best thing to do is to be patient. I know it can be hard sometimes, but in the end it'll be worth it. If you try and move too fast when he isnt ready then you might scare him off and then you'll never be together and im sure thats not what you want. It sounds like you've done all you can to let him know your interested and now you just have to wait for him to show some interest too. but one thing is really importany...dont change yourself to get him to notice you, and dont depend all on your looks either. you say your athletic and pretty, but sometimes a guy is more interested in personality, so become closer to him as a freind so hes more comfortable! hope this helps!

Sorry to disappoint you but i think guys are the same when it comes to liking a girl. How would you feel when it comes to you that you were the one that have to ask someone out ( depend on your gender, even though girl usually don't ask guys out). I just don't get it why do guy have to be the one to ask, to pay for the wed, and was the one to take care of the whole family. Eventhough, woman only gave birth, spending their time to look pretty, cooks (or just by fast food) or sometime work. Now a day, men are fool without brain who lust after a girl and then later realize that it is too late.

I will tell you from experience. I am 35 years old and I still have that problem. Sometimes a guy goes way out of the way and just doesn't know how to go about it. He may be shy, he may be afraid you don't feel the same way. He may also feel that if you say no he will be the joke of the whole school. Some guys are intimidated by very beautiful girls. I know when I was just out of college I had a friend and a lot of guys were so intimidated by her beauty that no one would ever ask her out except me. She was so happy when we would go out and do stuff together because NO GUYS would ever be brave enough to ask her out. I told her it was because of her beauty. I said I am not intimidated because I have gotten to know you and NO WOMAN on earth intimidates me. I told her she was a true beauty and really smart and sweet. She said she didn't think she would ever get married and still isn't I promised her if she wasn't married by 30 I would marry her. Guess I am 3 years overdue on that...LOL !!!! You should tell him hey lets go for a soft drink after school or on the weekend. When you are alone tell him " HEY I really like us being friends and I think you are really cool " Then tell him I sense that you are really a nice guy and kind of shy. Tell him you can appreciate that but you think that it might be a good idea for they two of you to be honest with each other since you are friends anyway. You should be able to tell your friends anything in confidence. Tell him if you like me it is okay and I don't have a problem with it. If he says yes then tell him your totally okay with it and that you feel mutual and wouldn't mind taking to the next step. If he denies it tell him then okay no problem we will just be friends and that you don't want for him to feel uncomfortable thats all and then LAUGH about it !!!! You should stay friends either way. It shows that you like him enough to meet him half way and care about his feelings and are trying to help him out.

Nope your still good. I'm a guy on my g/f's name thats why the female picture" As long as you didnt gain a bunch of weight. Or you havent been with a bunch of guys. then he still likes you. See every guy has a good idea of what he's looking for in a girl and that doesnt change in anyone. So if he liked what you were! as long as you havent changed much then he still likes you. I'm guessing he thought you didnt like him as more than a friend so thats why he just acts like a friend. since he would rather be friends than nothing at all.

I am guilty of doing that a lot i am fine if its a stranger you won't meet them again nothing to lose. But if its someone who you see alot then it feel overwhelming especially with the sexy ones. Make sure he knows your single and touch him a bit and he will get the message. If the guy doesn't know your single it will hold him back if he is like most guys and remind him you won't wait forever that should get him proactive,

i used to be having the same problem...i think it's probably that sometimes when a guy wants to get into a serious relationship he wants to make sure that everything is right before making the move...

he is probably afraid of rejection
most guys really like it if a girl makes the first move, so if you think that he likes you go ahead and be strong and make the first move. most likely, you won't regret it and he will be very thankful!

yeah probably he is afraid he will get rejected, if you make a huge move like (I really like u (enter name hear)) he will go for it just spend time with him and let him know u like him because guys dont want to make any moves until they are sure
