I know that it's a stupid question..but I need to know what I'm supposed to do.
I just turned 16 last Wednesday and I am too, and I mean TOO short for my age. I guess I'm 4'8 or something like that. I didn't drink milk earlier in my life, but now I'm drinking milk mixed with chocolate powder.
Are there any exercise that I can do? I don't want to take any supplements or anything like that. I tried some of those but it never worked.
Please help!
