I do smoke weed and i think that thats ok because im not a bad person i dont drive i dont fight people it relazes my mind after all the crap i have to deal with. I don't know why you guys even comment if you cant answer the question this is yahoo answers not yahoo opinon

they dont drug test seasonal workers. just people they are going to keep . so if you are being hired just for the holidays you dont have to worry about a drug test. unless they decide to keep you after that , then they will send you for one.

It is random employment screening. The hiring manager isn't even sure who will end up getting tested when they offer the job.

That's actually illegal. For Canada, it's considered unconstitutional because it goes against your right to privacy. It's kind of a "Catch 22" because you can legally refuse the drug test but they can fire you for refusing.
