Adam was made from dust, Eve from a rib, I was not there but I don't think they needed one, but Cain had to have one that is for sure.

Actually thats a good question because they were never born from someones stomache but I think that they should have had a bellybutton because a bellybutton is used for something else that I don't remember other than the cord!

I'm gonna go with "Yes," because God surely must have realized that if they didn't, the umbilical cords and belly buttons of their children would have caused them considerable distress.

I have always assumed that they did. God made them exactly like us. Actually, I guess I should say we are like them. Since they were first.
