I tried using the uninstall program on the control panel. I get to the part where it says continue or cancel. I click on continue and nothing happens after that. What seems to be the problem?

Sometimes, you have to redo it for it to work. just do what you sis again and actually click on continue, hot just hit enter, because its made to cancel by default.
