Pray; Isa 61 says that Jesus came to heal the broken hearted; to set the captives free. However, suffering is inevitable as long as we are on the earth. We have to just endure it at times because it will strengthen us if we don't try to avoid the enlightenment in it.
There is necessary sorrow and unnecessary sorrow; the unnecessary sorrow is usually there because we are believing a lie of some sort. John 8:31-32 says that the truth will set you free. Make sure you are seeing every situation from God's perspective.
The necessary sorrow gives us an opportunity to grow; we have strength after we accept the strain. We build muscles by lifting the weight. Spiritually, we have to fight; we cannot ever let up; being diligent in our most fervent faith.
Jesus is our strength, comfort, our life.

The interesting thing about any feeling is that it can only be experienced while it's moving. There is no such thing as a static feeling, and so what happens when it appears that it's not moving is that it's being continually fed through thoughts on the cause or thoughts of resistance to it. In this way, the feeling arises with thought, and then fades again, followed by the next thought. Arising and falling, over and over again.

If you're truly ready to let it go, cease the thoughts about it and just feel the feeling. Invite it. If you resist the feeling, this is another thought that feeds it and keeps it going. There is nothing at all behind your resistance to the feeling. Allow it to flow freely and it will dissolve in a minute or a moment. It cannot remain without your effort to hold it in place.

Good luck.

You go to bed and get up the following morning, draw back the curtains, take a deep breath and say to yourself "this is the day I start to live". Go out and treat yourself to something. If you are broke pick some wild flowers to brighten your home.

Remember the long term and the promises which are given to those who love the Lord Jesus Christ.

In Christ there is all joy for He is righteous and true. He is Lord of all and will establish justice for all time. Every tear will He wipe away and there will be sorrow no more for ever.

Rejoice in Christ !

Turn it into joy. Do something nice for some else. This helps take your mind off of it in a positive way.
