Make a Ramen frittata...the cheese asked for below isn't necessary, you can add the green beans as crunch, and cook some rice with a dash of soy sauce for a side. (Cook the rice first, the frittata only takes 5-7 min's). The ranch croutons would best be served over top of the frittata, or just munch on those while you're cooking. Dip them in salad dressing as your appetizer. Ketchup can be served on top of the egg/ramen frittata, if that's your fave thing to do. You can cut this recipe in half if you need to cook for just yourself tonite...
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. chicken flavored ramen noodles
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Place noodles in a saucepan filled with boiling water. Cook noodles until tender and drain. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and 1 of the seasoning packets from the noodles. Discard remaining seasoning packet. Add cooked, drained noodles to egg mixture.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the egg/noodle mixture and cook over medium-low heat until firm, 5 to 7 minutes, drawing the cooked mixture to the center to allow uncooked portion to flow onto bottom of pan. Cut frittata into four wedges, and turn over to brown the other side for 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top, cover pan, and let stand 1-2 minutes to melt cheese. 4 servings

Coming from Japan, my mother used to make this bowl of noodles with the ingredients that you have when I was young. It works well when I'm waiting for my next paycheck as well, and its considerably healthier than eating just plain noodles.
1. Before opening the ramen package, use your fingers to crush the noodles inside to about 8-10 pieces.
2. If you already have the rice cooked, take it out, and let it to cool.
3. Beat eggs in a bowl with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and a light dash of soy sauce.
4. Cook the noodles in water, and add in the rice, green beans, and croutons.
5. When noodles are cooked, pour in the beaten eggs.
6. Add only half of the noodle soup seasoning packet.
7. Squeeze a tablespoon of ketchup, and add a little dash of soy sauce.
8. Serve hot!!!
(Use a soup spoon to eat, so that you can gather the rice and noodles onto your spoon and eat!)

You could make a casserole by:
1. Cook the ramen noodles and only add half the seasoning packet.
2. Cook 2-3 cups of rice.
3. put the noodles and rice in a casserole dish; mix with 2 beaten eggs, a dash of soysauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Top with crumbled ranch croutons mixed with 1-2 tbsp of melted butter or vegetable/olive oil.
5. bake at 350 degrees until the top is golden brown.

I guess the noodles are soup. I would eat the noodle soup and the green beans. If you are hungry for more I would eat the eggs with rice. You could eat the noodles with the eggs instead of eating the noodles as a soup. That would mean less water in the belly which might help you get full.

You didn't say if the rice was cooked or not, so I'm suggesting that you add some of the green beans and 1 beaten egg to it to bulk it up. It's already got salt and seasoning - popcorn would be ridiculous, but you could add a small dab of ketchup if you'd like the color. The croutons on top wouldn't hurt.
