I think you need longer hair and side swept bangs
And mascara. And I think youd be set to go.

Aw, hun. You are super cute. Your young, it makes me sad that your worried about the same stuff i am, and im 16. anyways. I think that bangs would look nice on you. not side ones, full out thick layered bangszzzzz! Dont do make-up. I wasted so much time with it. You either put it on, it messes up an hour later adn you look odd for the rest of the day, then you have to struggle to get it off before showers. OR ELS: Dont wear any! I just started to not wear any, and maaaan its great. As long as you keep your hair looking nice, make up doesnt matter, especially with your face. its so cute.

Okay. I do agree, grow at your hair more i want to say a good 6 inches out so it will take a year since hair grows half an inch every month. When it is grown out use volumizing shampoo since right now it looks like you have thin hair (in the pic). Use eyeliner to make your eyes look smaller (more proportioned to ur face) but make sure its a LIGHT brown color eyeliner or you may look emo ish and then... Yeah pretty much...!

u should worri bout dat all u need is some lipgloss that will bring out your lips and vlush to make your cheecks pink and a litttle mascara and ypur beautiful but i wouldnt do dat cuz ur all eready pretty and i am bout ur age im 12 bout to be 13

get bangs... thin layers in the back and front... mascara... light powder b.c ur skin tone isn't exactly even... a tiny bit of blush... and lip gloss.. clear would b fine 4 u...
