Yes, try doing leg lifts or the reverse curl.. Remember to keep your workout between your upper abs and lower abs balanced, so you have no weak points in your abdomens, thus giving you a nice stomach!

Leg Lifts: lay flat on your back, and raise your legs 1-2 inches off the floor and hold it. Repeat

Reverse Curl: Start by lying on your back with your legs perpendicular to the ground, knees very slightly bent and feet in the air, crossed at the ankles. Keep your arms on the floor next to you or place them comfortably behind your head. Rest your head on the floor, relax your shoulders and keep your back straight. Slowly lift your hips 1 to 2 inches off the floor, which will raise your legs and feet a few inches higher. Avoid rolling your hips backward and thus bending your back. Hold this position for just a moment. Squeeze your abdominal muscles and keep your head and shoulders flat against the floor. Then slowly lower your hips back to the floor. Repeat

I hope I can help

Sitting on a bench [preferably one in a gym used for bench pressing etc.] .. make sure it is stable. Sit on the edge with your arms behind you and your hands gripping the sides of the bench...leaning back slightly with your legs straight out in front of you. Pull your knees towards your chest and then straighten them...continue as quick as you can ... see how many you can do in a minute. Then challenge yourself to beat that 'record'. You can also lay on your back with your legs up [bottoms of your feet facing the ceiling] and lower them slowly, stopping about 6 inch from the floor and holding that position. Good Luck!

well the best thing is if you can get to a gym... go on the thing that you have to put your back against it and hold onto the bars and keep bending your legs at your pelvis so that they are straight out in front of you.. great for your lower abs!
