Women are let off easier than men are for such activities, which is not right. I say women should face the same penalty, but I don't view it as a horrible crime when it's consensual for either sex. Too much unfounded paranoia.

Yes. If she gets caught she can be in pretty big trouble. In just the past few years there have been at least two women teachers that were caught and have been sent to prison. One of those women even got pregnant and decided to keep the child. It's a strange world. It's called statutory rape and be they boy or a girl at 15 it's still against the law to have sex with a minor.

Keep in mind that he's a 15 year old boy and sex is a great thing to brag about.
She can very easily get into trouble, even when nobody sees them.

If word gets around, yes she would be in just as much trouble as a man and a young person. If the two of you are obviously hanging out in public being overly friendly, the boy going to her home a lot. There are a variety of ways a person gets caught. Sometimes it is in a lingering look, people just know things, be careful.

ok... first of all...only a very sick person would do that... second of all ya... more than likely the woman who "did it" with the minor will more than likely get caught sooner or later b/c what typical teenage kid is going to keep that a secret? She will most likely be seen in court, sued, and then get sent to prison for having sex with a minor. Not something that is strongly advised if ya want to keep your a** outta jail! lol hope this helps watever current situation this pertains to! lol

The boy is likely to brag to his friends or tell someone, or she may confide in someone and then it gets out.
No adult should have sex with a minor, period..and 15 is too young to be having sex, especially with a mature partner. A kid doesn't have proper understanding of the possible ramifications and isn't able to give consent and understand what they are consenting to.

Yes, you can go to prison for that. Do you honestly think a BOY of 15 isn't going to tell someone that he boinked some old woman. Get real, your going to be in every locker room, just maybe not your whole name.
