Excercise. Eat carbs ( I know people don't like them but you can't do anything if you don't eat them). Walk, swim, bike to increase your metabolism. Get out of the house.

I stay in shape by swimming laps daily, getting plenty of sleep, and eating right. I skip all that junk food with those empty calories.

Avoid big meals, especially with high protein and high carbs
in the same meal.

I drink orange juice and do cartwheels

not that ur willing to do cartwheels
