(Now I am stuck with handing out quarters for Halloween visitors. Is that tacky or what?)

YOU think that's a hard luck story?

My daughter is selling chocolate to raise money for sommat.. since May approximately 536 pounds of chocolate has been delivered to my house... to the front door just next to where I have my office. I can see some of them there now... they're calling me. They look so lonely. :)

It's surely not a sin.... just to eat another one is it?

Are you kidding? What's Halloween without eating all the candy before the trick or treaters come then having to go out and buy more on Halloween day? We've already gone through 3 bags at our house!

Hey UW . . . it's not Halloween just yet . . . you still have time to go buy some more (ahhh, more tantalizing treats to gobble up again - ha!). It's not a "sin" - um, just not "healthy" . . . but what's "just one more", as I always say!

My boss used to buy a bag of candies that they didn't like so they wouldn't be tempted to eat them. Hmm - so makes you wonder what UN-goodies they passed out to the kids . . . is that a sin?

Quarters are generous treats - not fattening or cavity fiends either! :)

Not really. It's not good for your girlish figure but I guess you don't have to worry about that. LOL. Hey, I remember when they used to give pennies and I was so excited. I guess I didn't expect much for Halloween. One time my bag broke and I didn't realize it. Went trick-or-treating for 2 hours and came back with nothing although my sisters had full bags. I don't know if I got any candy or not that year:(

The only candy I buy for myself on Halloween is a bag of candy corn.

LOL, is that why people resort to quarters???? (I just run out last minute and get some more candy -- it's cheaper that way!) Anywho, don't imagine it's a sin, but it can be harmful to your waistline!

Everyone's a comedian, eh? ;-)

LOL @ Curious
That's a great idea! I can totally support the new phase of trick or treating and give away all my Taco Bell mild sauce, too. I love it!

I hope not. I've eaten so many of those little square candy bars that I don't think I could swallow anything round.
