My "soon-to-be" 12 years old cousin is driving me nuts about her birthday present!! she is really "in style". If she see something in a catalog that saids "must have for this season" she wants it!! and i don't want to buy her something she wants me to get her then it would ruin the supprise.. shes "young", out-going, preppy, the kind of girl who shop at american eagel, hollister, abercrombie and fitch stuff (i've never bene in there) so.. any idea???

You don't say how old your are or how much money you have to spend.
My suggestion is; if you can afford it, get her a gift card from one of her favorite stores.
If you can't afford it, give her a card with cash in it (what ever you can afford)
Kids always like getting cash because they can spend it however they please.
This is what I do with neices and nephews when I don't know what they need or want at birthdays or Christmas.
When I know what type of things they really like, I sometimes give them an inexpensive gift to unwarp and then put the the balance of the cash I have to spend in the card.
They haven't been dissapointed yet.
