In all seriousness, Chuck would lose a close match. Like others have said, Chuck Norris acknowledges Lee as his superior. Only an idiot would draw an idea of Bruce Lee's skills from his movies. However, that doesn't mean he was any weaker. Bruce Lee would have been too fast for Chuck. Although, if Chuck could land one of his vicious roundhouse kicks, anybody would be put out cold.

I'd bet on Chuck. since he was a world middleweight champ in the late 1960's several times, while Bruce refused to compete. Bruce had such a childish ego that he always wanted to win and insisted that the script allow him to at least tie, even before he became a star. If I made a movie, I'd tell him to follow the script or leave, for I could find many men who would. A man who was too cowardly and too immature to compete in real bouts is not a good man to bet on. Many men see only the legend about Bruce and not the real man who had his flaws. I lived for some years near Bruce's place of birth, i.e. Chinese Hospital on Jackson St. near Powell in San Francisco, and I met some of his relatives and men he taught. Some of them believe the legend, but others know the truth about him. There are tales about his 1" punch, but I think that is over-stated. Masters can develop deadly short punches. I know several men who have, and I have one. I weigh 360 pounds at 6'-1" though and won powerlifting contests. I can easily outpunch Bruce who was 5'-6', 135 lbs. in top shape (125-150). Chuck could punch harder than Bruce, for he was 30 to 35 pounds heavier and just as skillful or more so in martial arts. Some argue that Bruce was great because he invented Jit Kun Do. Well, I invented my own style called Wu Da Wu Shu, and it is more versatile than Bruce's. Hung Gar is too. Every style was invented by someone, so that argument is irrelevant. I see no real reason to say Bruce could beat Chuck.

Bruce Lee is dead. Chuck already won.

If Bruce Lee in his prime vs Chuck in his prime (hell, Norris is getting kinda old already) Bruce Lee obviously. Chuck Norris already recognized Bruce Lee as his superior even after winning so many world Karate Championships.

You can argue for Chuck all you want, but even he himself said that Bruce was better. So you'd just be talking hypotheticals all the way!!

Bruce lee would wipe the floor with chuck norris im afraid.

"At a martial arts demonstration in Long Beach, Norris met the soon-to-be famous martial artist Bruce Lee whom he respects and considers as superior."

Chuck norris was the Professional Middleweight Karate champion for six consecutive years but it was non-contact...

Bruce lee fought many people, some of which where bigger and better trained than norris.

im sorry but he really would have had no hope.

c'mon, get serious. Norris fought as a middleweight , not a
heavyweight...Lee was a welterweight (only about 10 pounds
less than Norris)...Norris actually competed in open tournaments
and defeated heavyweights (including Joe Lewis).
Chuck Norris was a fighter, not just a showman...that one punch baloney, is just that: martial arts/movie hokum. Norris would have won a fight when they were both active.
While I always thought Lee was a great showman, and a master at his craft. At the time, late 60's - early 70's, a lot of
his fellow martial artists weren't overly impressed, and thought
him too small and weak to hurt them.

This isn't a contest. Bruce Lee. Winning a competition and winning an actual fight are two totally different things. Bruce trained for the real deal where there are no rules.
