I have anxiety disorder.

Sometimes i feel as though i am not real and like i am not a part of what is arround me, Sometimes i look down at my arms and think for a moment that they don't belong to me.

I feel as though i am at a concert in the audience and the rest of the world is on the stage.
I can see them through the barrier between the stage and the audience, but i am not a part of their world.

Is this dissociation?

Dissociation is a state of acute mental decompensation in which certain thoughts, emotions, sensations, and/or memories are compartmentalized because they are too overwhelming for the conscious mind to integrate. This subconscious strategy for managing powerful negative emotions is sometimes referred to as "splitting", as these thoughts, emotions, sensations, and/or memories are "split off" from the integrated ego. This use of the word "splitting" here should not be confused with references to splitting mentioned with regard to borderline personality disorder or family relations theory.

Mind expanding experiences are not the same psychotic experiences when language degenerates and then logic cant be achieved. The Psychotic experience is accompanied with exhaustion from the brain trying to make a logic patch to keep the earth flat. After dissociation is finished there is a time of rest and reality is over. Peace comes as pains are non-existent. Suicide notes are hard to find because you cant speak logically when language makes all ideas wander aimlessly. Is this disassociation?

That's what it can sound like, but like;y you do not have the actual disorder. Share this with a licensed psychologist.
