So i have gained 51 pounds over the summer since June, and some people think i need to get over it. DO i need to except the fact that i am 159 pounds, 13, 5'0 tall, 49.5 inch waist and obese, or keep mourning the fact that i am fat,ugly, and without a hot girlfriend anymore?

It is 97% fat. I have a very flabby stomach that is big and jiggly. I have moobs that hsake when i run

Is it all fat? Any muscle? By all means DO get over it & do something about it if it bothers you so badly. Gain some muscle & find a date. Im assuming you got dumped by the way you finished your last scentence. Is that whats really bothering you? if you think you are fat & ugly, nobody else should have to think otherwise. You first for feeling good about yourself, then others.

Unless you want to buy a new plus sized wardrobe, put yourself at risk for a stroke and diabetes , and have a limited social life you really need to drop most of that weight. If you do it slowly and sensibly will will take you about half a year.

Cut your calories, reduce your portions, do some exercises (even simple ones like walking), and don't eat for recreation only when you are hungry. Keep track of your weight with a scale starting with every day and then going to every few days. Learn to guess about how much food you are eating. You don't have to be exact but if your keep a mental running total you will discourage yourself from pigging out.
