I know theres like 8 or something, and some were caused by people and some by wind. But i want more specific.

Fox News said the fire in Irvine was caused by Arson, however the causes for the other fires has yet to be determined.

Poor forestry prcatices.
The tree huggers won't let anyone clear the underbrush around there so the forests grow unmanaged and turn into tinder boxes. Once the conditions are right, you get what you see on the news now.
