Has she taken any drugs? even over-the counter? Pseudonepherine will cause the shakes as well as some decongestants. Diet pills may also cause shakiness. (This of course, in addition to the other nurses suggestions.)

perhaps nerves or too much of a stimulant like caffeine. Do you know if she's taking a diet pill? They are infamous for causing shaking/tremors. have her try some chamomile tea or tablets or some Valerian root. Should calm her down. If that doesn't work, tremors can be signs of a more serious problem

How long has this been going on? Does this person feel weak or dizzy? Any history of low blood sugar? There is also a chance of tremors caused by more serious things, like Lyme Disease. Does she have any other symptoms?

she might have a benign tremor which is just when someone shakes. does she have anxiety issues? if she does, that could be it. she should probably go to the doctor if it is chronic or becomes a severe shaking fit.

This happens to me if I wait too long to eat--I usually try drinking some water, and eating something, but not like a snack. Also try fruit or oj.
Hope this is all it is, good luck!

she might want to perhaps see a doctor. It could be low blood sugar, side effects to medication, etc. Anything really..
