Friend,

What about having both, all, being sure that the only thing Satan has in it, is the short time he is given after Michael cast him down Rev.12:7-12; [ Time for Jesus now ];
That is why we are in the last days,
time of the end, end of the world and at time no longer for him, Satan

Jesus brings life eternal,

As to time:
3460 No king until Jesus:
Year 3460 + 2520 + 150 + 1000 of
Rev.20:1-6; No Satan. No day-hour.
All is made as new as before Eden.
Rev.21:1-5;
1Thes.5:1-9,21; comes after 1Thes.4:15-17; the caught up to be with Jesus.
To children of the light [ ALIVE ],
Jesus does not come as a thief in the night.

2Cor.4:3,4; Satan tries to blind the mind, to hide the gospel of Jesus.

Matt.4:1-11; Jesus is our example,
he faced up to Satan. Only death from old age will stop me from knowing what is being given us all.

Thanks to you and all.

Your question brings to mind a situation in which a king thought that counting the people would work some advantage.

Isn't the attitude of readiness more important than knowing when?

It already happened about 1000 years ago.

The Armageddon was stopped and life went on.

Old habits are hard to break though. Besides many people are frightened of living in a world without prophecies.

The point in saying "no one knows the day or the hour" is that no one will know when. Just because it did not specify every unit of time, does not mean we can assume to try and guess units of time that are not mentioned, such as, the year.

GOD bless
