where is the kill shot with a bow and arrow on a bear

I would imagine that the heart lung area would be the best. Ive seen them hunt them on TV and if i remember right, they said the vitals sit higher, plus would would want to be in a tree stand thats high enough where the bear cant get to you in a fraction of a second in case you piss it off. Ive seen one come up a tree. My point is, practice will be really helpful getting a good shot on it.

Yes, double lung hart or double lung and liver. look for the crease in the ribs right behind the front shoulder and pull back 2in and in the bottom third of the side. let the arrow fly.

Bear hunting is dangerous, so I reccomend you use a rifle instead. If you go for it with a bow, go for a lung shot.

If he is standing try for the right side of the breast bone right next to the white chest patch on a blackbear.

the best shot would be just behind the shoulder blade try for a liver/lung shot.
