Open and enrollment in Illinois!?

Is there open and enrollment in district 203 in naperville, illinois? I want to go to Naperville Central, but im just on the border line, in the Aurora school district..and i heard that that their school district wasnt that great. Please help me!!
By the way, do any of you go to Waubonsie Valley High School? Is it really as bad as people tell me?
And do any of you go to Naperville Central?

You cannot go to an out of district school without paying.
