I have a small I.T business.

First, try to find someone local who can do the work. Not only is this a legal obligation, but it is a moral one. It would be nice to get a mate over from Australia to work here, but there are loads of people in the UK who would love to do that job, if they are able to do it. Give them a chance, the law is there to ensure you do anyway.

First you'll probably have to phone up somewhere in Australia to see if they are alright with the idea but good on ya mate.

Firstly you would have to convince the Embassy that you have tried and not been able to get someone from England to fill the post.You are walking on egg shells with this one best to forget it.
