Communication, trust and honesty. I've been in one 4 years now and its going great. Webcams are great cause you get to see each other. Microphones are great too because it cuts back on the phone bill. Letters are another good thing becuase they are personal, sending a care package every now and then is good becuase it shows that you are thinking a lot about them. Talking is always important. The biggest thing is that both people involved in the relationship have to really want it and really want to make it work.

I too am in a long distance relationship. The best thing is to have a lot of communication. Via phone or computer. Its kinda difficult but u have to have that trust. If u dont trust the other person then u will worry urself to death. So try to keep in contact as much as possible:0)
