Hmmmm... That's an interesting thought.
Well, if I could remain physically and mentally able, for those 10 months, I'd probably like to go on a trip around the world or on a world cruise.
See as much of this planet as I could before going on to my next "big adventure."

I would MAX out all my credit cards and spend money on my kids, family, and yes, even my wife.
I would divorce my wife, so she's not responsible for all my credit card debt. (wink, wink)
I would take out a 10 million life insurance policy so everyone would be able to party at my funeral.
I would quit my job and go to the beach with my kids (wifey doesnt like the beach)
I'd get Jessica Alba to go scuba diving with me.
I'd just have fun all day, and party all night.

I would do as much good as i could with my money and not be afraid to speak my mind. i would talk to people i normally wouldnt. I would also go skydiving if i could....
I would live it up.

Why such a morbid question? One that may upset people to think about?
As for an answer, I would be with my husband and kids every second that i could.
I would make memory videos and stuff for the kids.

go see my mom and tell her all the things she has missed in my life
(no im serious i would then i would go to one of her old boyfriends house and say bye to his sons. i wold also say be to my siblings)
