No. But, try any way! Let's face it: Louis XIV had more than 1,800 children! Usually, by the time you are 4 generations removed from the king/queen, you are no longer considered a relative. Me, I am much more than 4 generations removed.
But, if you have a paper trail proof as well as DNA, go for it, if it is not far back (like mine).

Not at all. Most French and Germans descend from Charlemagne and an even higher percentage of English descend from him through William the Conqueror. That doesn't mean they are entitled to anything.

No, just because you are a legitimate direct descendant of royalty does not make you royalty. Sorry.
