Hello,
The holy book of Islam is the Qu'ran or Koran (different spelling).
Also, there are different translations of the book. You will be very surprised at how different the tone of each translation is. It ranges from benevolent to very violent. It is a great book to read if you are interested in understanding the Middle East. The passages put many things into perspective. Hope this helps.

The Qur'an and the Hadiths.

Both are used to formulate "Islamic Law", known to Muslims as "Sharia". Muslims consider Sharia to be Allah's law, so the inclusion of the Hadiths makes the Hadiths "Holy" as well.
