I can see it now..all the males congregating to the woman's restrooms and locker room saying they "identify" with women all of a sudden. this is just absurd to allow. Maybe they should just have a restroom for those confused people.

The issue here is that Arnold Schwarzenegger today signed California bill #SB777 which adds "sexual orientation" to the state anti-discrimination statutes. There is also a clause that the minuscule amount of transgender students be allowed to use restrooms of their chosen gender. It also adds Islam and agnostic to define religious instruction. There is nothing about BANNING the words MOM, DAD, POP, MOTHER, FATHER, HUSBAND or WIFE. This is all bullshit, bullshit that has become the truth because Joesph Farah, millions of bogus emails and Google search results say so.

I don't see the problem, I merely find your portrayal of the bill one-sided and implying false things.
From what I've read, the point is the prevention of discrimination for people who identify with the opposite gender, feel "born with the wrong gender", and who exist without any scientific doubt. It refers to a few select individuals and does not mean that female and male students are to mingle freely in their locker rooms:
"students, whether male or female, must be allowed to use the restroom and locker room corresponding to the sex with which they choose to identify"
How this becomes "pornography" in the eyes of some people is beyond my understanding. It sounds like people fearing that their black-and-white view of the world is threatened are shooting cannons at flies.
