A number of types of worms are possible and also parasites. It's best with a kitten that you take a poo sample to a vet, get a proper diagnosis and medication that is recommended by a vet.

Hookworms, pin worms, tapeworms, roundworms, whip worms, lung worms. There are many different kinds. Just take him/her to the vet and have them take a stool sample. Good luck!

Roundworms. Sometimes hookworms also, but rounds are VERY common in kittens.
