always use moisturizers and when washing dishes uses gloves. Also stress is a main factor for an aging body. I am also in my late 20's and my hands look like a 50 year old.

Applying SPF 30 every day and using sunscreen is meant to be really good. Also a daily moisturiser with built in SPF 15 protection would protect you from UVB and UVA rays which damage you skin and cause early aging.

Your best bet for looking healthy is BEING healthy. Drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, take vitamins, and eat your damned vegetables! Try using a facial moisturizer with SPF 15 or something also. The sun's not bad for you, but the UV rays are.
