You would actually get better treatment if you came in as an illegal alien. You would have a garanteed job. All the politicians and special interest groups would be advocating for you and ignoring the Americans. You will get welfare right away, and your housing will come with little red tape. And if you forget to speak English while you are in Mexico, no problem. You can live here the rest of your life and demand that everything be written in Spanish. If you do not get your way or if the government is moving too slow, you can protest and hold up the Mexican flag while screaming Viva Mexico!
If you choose to be rejected, stay an American and no one will pay any attention to what you have to say.

Yes you would be an illegal alien.
Probably due to your former citizenship your case would be handled differently. You would basically be a tratior to the US as opposed to an alien here who belongs to a different country.
There is a world of difference here.
g-day!

Well, of course! Now, go get a job at Home Depot, get hurt on the job ( doesn't matter if you fake it), get a lawyer, apply for disability, which you will get, and a big, fat settlement. After all, this is the land of illegal opportunity.

If you are not insured, just go to the emergency room and say you are poor and don't have money to pay. The public hospitals have to take you and bill you later.
