I found this on the net for ya and I hope it helps. Might be a good idea to take it to the vet, just in case.
"Clients often ask if a warm dry nose means that their cat has a fever. The answer is no, because a cat with a normal body temperature may have a warm dry nose as well. On the other hand, a cat’s nose and ears may be warm during a fever episode. This is due to the dilation of tiny blood vessels near the surface which brings more blood close to the surface to assist with heat loss, thus helping to reduce the core body temperature."

That doesn't necessarily mean your cat is sick. Does he have any other symptoms? Cats have their "off" days when they just curl up and sleep all day...it might be cause of that...or he might be a bit dehydrated. Most of the time my cats nose is wet and cold but every once in a while it'll get warm. If his nose stays warm for more than a day or two I'd see a vet just to make sure.
Good luck :) I'm sure your cat is fine.

A warm nose is not the sign of something wrong. The nose is often the same temperature as the environment. The only sure way to take the cats temperature is with a rectal thermometer. Normal is 100F-102.5F. If the cat has a fever, take it to the vet.

Take him to a vet, a cats nose should be cold and wet, if it's not he is sick. That's one of the signs of him being sick.
