Hello

Ever since I was little, milk gave me diarrhea.
Have you guys heard of worms in the stomach? I think I may just have some worm infection going on. Whenever I drink something real sweet, like Tampico juice, I get these ugly stabbings, like poking sensation, bothersome, in my stomach. It scares me, because I cannot move when I get that sudden pain and it feels as if my stomach is stretching or ripping apart. I went to the doctor and he said it was irritable bowel syndrome. He prescribed Famotidine and they seem to have worked. I also eat a lot of fatening foods, like Carl's Karcher. Also, many of the times, I get this ugly sort of heartburn in my chest, esophagus. Yesterday I was throwing up like crazy and I felt sick, while I also had diarrhea. Did I just go through some food poisening? Stomach infection? How do I get rid of it? I feel like I have a fever. Is it Acid Reflux? Anyone with any similar experiences or symptoms? I have a weak stomach.

Your doctor is probably right. Either that or Gastroenteritis which is stomach irritation caused by emotional distress among other things.

You probably are not getting enough fiber in your diet and perhaps not enough water. Try eating fruit (or vegetables) as a snack instead of chips or other junk food. Eat a whole grain or high fiber cereal for breakfast instead of sugary one. Drink more water and less sodas, particularly sodas with caffeine. (Drink diet soda, or plain water to cut some worthless calories too, which would help with your weight.) Exercise can also help your bowel movements be more regular. You don't have to play sports or be an athlete (although it wouldn't hurt). Try walking more, or taking up a hobby that requires physical activity. Try Geocaching or paint ball for example. Ride a bike or go for a hike. Volunteer a a local park. Pick something fun to make it interesting for yourself so you are more likely to stick with it. Don't worry if you don't poop every day. Not everyone does. If you feel bad though, see a doctor.

It could be G.E.R.D. which is major acid reflux(chronic) Or a bacteria in the stomach. I would ask you doctor to check for these things.

you may have lactose intolerance. it means you cannot have anything that contains any trace of milk in it. if you happen to get milk, worms would grow in your intestance and you would get the symtoms described. about the fatty foods, try to lay it off or eat slower and lesser. remember getting in shape does not mean getting round.
