I have been to many sites on adult ADD. On every one I have 99% of they symptoms. But how is it diagnosed? Is this something I should be concerned about? If I do have it do I need to see a doctor? What could they do for me?

Thanks

Are you an English teacher Michael? Why do you think I care if my grammar or spelling is correct? Why do you think you have the right to correct it? You're just a jerk with no life!

But thanks everyone else...it very appreciated. I think I will get checked out...I need some kind of relief.

ADHD is one of those catch 22s allot of different conditions have VERY similar symptoms and can EASILY be confused with ADHD ONLY a well qualified Doctor can make a diagnosis.

You should really see a doctor/psychiatrist/psychologist so you can go through a screening process which contributes to a diagnosis.

Your best bet would be to go to a professional who is qualified to diagnose ADHD. They administer written tests, and if it is determined that you have it, you can get the treatment you need.

If you forget to check the answers to this question and it goes to a vote, you have ADD.

You have it backwards, my friend... "If I do have it should I see a doctor?"
You go see a doctor to find out if you have it. If so, he/she will know what to do. Don't self diagnose. You're no expert.
