If you can't take her to the Vet right now, keep an eye on it for no more than one day then take her. If you have an emergency Vet, call them and ask what to do.
It COULD just be a sprain or something, it's natural for dogs to want to hold the paw still or even limp. Check it over if you can and then leave the dog alone. Put the dog in a quiet room with a bed and food and water AWAY from your sister. If the dog really can't walk or stand, that is more severe and I'd be more worried. It might have just been stunned or something.

Call your vet, tell them what happened and that you are bringing the dog in. This way they can prepare for the emergency and have a room available.
When you get there they will look at the paw and probably take x rays. Depending on if the foot is broken or just hurt will determine treatment.
But you definetly need to get the dog in right away. They will also have pain meds for her.
good luck

Those dogs are very small and very fragile and cannot be handled that way! She may have broken bones and other internal damage, due to your sister throwing her. She is in pain, and you need to do the right thing and take her to the vet immediately, and have her checked out and x-rayed. I don't know how old your sister is, but she either needs to learn fast, that you cannot play that rough with such small dogs, or you need to hand that poor dog over to the vet or a rescue organization, so they can treat her and find her a new home. Small dogs are not toys, and need to be handled carefully. I'm sure your sister did not mean to hurt her, but again she needs to learn, that she has to be more careful, with such a small dog.

Sorry to hear this. Accidents happen. Small dogs often have fragile bones. Essentially, the vet will put a cast on her leg. I had a friend with a poodle in a similar situation. The poodle had a cast on her leg for a couple of months if I remember correctly.

You should take it to the vet asap it could be a little sore to a broken bone or sprain. If it is a sprain then the dog trying to walk will maybe injure it worse. Or eventually get worse if it's not taken care of.

I'm a animal lover, I would take it to the vet and then FIND IT A NEW HOME for the dog, If people don't know how to play or take care of a animal, then they shouldn't have animals.

If the dog doesn't start moving then it is a visit to the vet. Be very gentle, there could be spine damage.
