I smoked the other day for the first time in a few months and i need to take a urine test this friday. I need to know how long this will stay in my body for if I exercise and drink a lot of water which I have been doing

it stays in the urine for three days, in the blood for three months and in the hair follicles for three years. So if it is a urine test, you should be fine, if it is a blood test, you've had it, and if it is a hair test you are out of luck.

dude dont listen to the crazy nurse at all!!!
i know as a fact...coke, herion, crystal meth...these all stay in your system for 3 lowly days...but weed, even if its the first time you smoke, or if you smoke after an extended leave from it...it will be a minimum of 3 weeks to a month, even longer for fattier people...unlike most the other illicit drugs, weed actually stores itself in the body's fat cells and is slowly diminished into the body...
there are certain teas or cleansing treatments that give you a "window" of time in which to take a test...but its like a 4 hours window and sometimes they can raise a flag in the testing system....meaning that it might make your urine suspisios...
no amount of water or sweating or dieting can do you any better than about 3 weeks....good luck to you man!

u should have waited to smoke the weed or just leave it alone, because it seems as if the urine test is important to u. don't take a blood test and don't let them take a strand of your hair. good luck!

Guess what? No one will feel sorry for you when you smoked weed knowing you have to take a urine test. I hope you fail it...Then maybe you can learn a lesson and grow up Cheech...
