what can i put on my stitches to help them from itching?

i just had 4 moles (one on my neck, 3 on my right side and down by my stomach) removed and of course they had to stitch them up, but they really really itch, what can i put on them to keep them from itching. i have valsolene on them to keep them moist. anything else?

you should not put anything on them, the vasoline is likely why they are itching, and you probably have a developing infection. Wash off the vasoline, dry the areas well, cover them with bandaids and leave them alone!!
