and the thing is, everyone around me has one. I mean, no guy has ever shown any attraction towards me, and i've never EVER heard of a guy liking me. I'm sixteen, and i have mostly girl friends, and a couple guy aquaintances. I am pretty shy, but sometimes i'll open up to people, but usually if i'm around my friends. They bring out the better side in me. I am EXTREMEMLY awkward around guys, and anyone new for that matter. I feel alone. any advice?

Take your time. Don't feel the need to have a boyfriend even if everyone around you has one; everyone is different.
You say that you are pretty shy, and I know from personal experience that it can be very difficult to get over this. Just try to put yourself out there; maybe get involved in some sort of extracurricular activity! If you're out and about, you will meet people... maybe even some guys!

Hey you still very young you have a whole life in front of you! there is someone for everyone. I have had lots of girls yet not the right ones, it takes a long time to find the right person. Being shy is not a problem i was shy before just like you but in time you will open up like i said your still very young yet and your kind of new to it all its just a learning thing. If you like someone try and show interest! look at them and catch there eye and hey dont be affraid to ask someone out just do it! hope this helps.

Ok; odd question but are you not attractive. If so then thats normal; honestly since your 16 no guy will like you if your not attractive. Thats life. Thats how immature people are. I'm 17; but even I can look back and say yea I did that, but I'm also more mature then most 30 year olds. If you are attractive, then thats just weird. I'm sure guys have liked you before you just didn't know. And for both. A guy has liked you; you just never found out. Someone always likes someone; but they never find out.

You are sixteen and plenty of time to find one. Just because everyone around you has a BF does not mean you have to have one. You have your own time table. you are not lonely . Just just felt the pressure that you should have a BF just because everyone elses have.. Awkward or not someone will eventually attracted to you.

Wow. I am sorry. I wish I could say I know what you mean but honestly I don't. There is someone out there for everyone. Just wait. Don't be nervous! Guys are just guys and best of all they won't judge you the way most girls will. (Hair, makeup etc..)

It's hard to be shy and get anyone to take notice of you.
You have to be more outgoing...let your inner self shine through so all those boys know that you're special. I know that's easier said than done, but you can do it. You just have to find that place where you're comfortable, and it'll all happen naturally from there.
Good luck, Kiddo.

It's perfectly normal.
Do not try to force the issue. You'll find a guy when the time is right.
Just continue to have fun and observe the mistakes those around you are making so you don't make them yourself.

Well, try to start getting out there and flirting if you want a boyfriend. You need to let them know that you are finally ready and let them know that they can start flirting too!
