The amount I drink is comparable to a shot, but I like to sip it.

the acids and salt could combine in the stomach and cause ulcers, aside from that depending on your age, it probably won't hurt you.

Interesting answers you received...but here's mine anyway.

None of the above should cause any health risks. Not sure why you're doing the salt as it's really not necessary unless your diet is seriously lacking. However if you still want salt use a decent Sea Salt and not table salt. Personally I have used cayenne for folks with ulcers...it is not an irritant as some may have you believe. However that being said..it can cause irritation to someone sensitive until they become used to it. So small doses would apply to those folks.

Drinking plenty of water daily will also keep the mucus membranes healthy along with your 'cocktail'

Could play havoc with your system; is this a weight loss attempt? The lemon juice is very acidic and the cayenne pepper hard on your stomach...and too much salt is bad for your blood pressure.

regularly, yes. too much of anything is bad for you. the lemon juice will tear away at your intestines. salt will pose a high sodium intake. this mixture of food will pose a serious health risk that will literaly cause a poisen to form in your stomic.

:) hope that helps!!

salt is not good for hypertension. cayenne pepper, while it is good for avoiding cancer, is a known stomach irritant. Lemon juice might not be very good for your teeth as it is an acid.

Hopefully not combined! lol.... sounds like something a drop of vodka would work well with!
However, if you have a weak tummy, or are prone to ulcers or irritable bowel syndrome, I would imagine that these foods may aggravate instead of alleviate!

The only real threat would be redlux, stomach discomfort and agrivation of the stomach lining (ulcer). I am sure if it bothered you you would stop. Enjoy =)

I don't know why you would want to, but yeah it's perfectly OK. It might even be good for you. It sure beats soft drinks in that regard.

Do you just drink it like a shot? I haven't had it, but sounds like a good pickmeup.
