A friend of mine used them for a simplier cake decorated like a stethascope and prescription pad and doctors brief case. She was told from the get go that the MINIMUM for ANY charm city cake is $500.00 and then goes from there. Her simplier cake was $1350.00. She had to order a year in advance. Yes, she said it tasted fine. It was a 'heavier' cake because it had to hold up the fondant.

I'd be happy to get you more information from her if you have other questions. Just email.

Good Lcuk.

I would assume they taste at least decent, the man did go to culinary school I was watching an episode a couple days ago and he said something about how it was all good and well to make a impressive cake but it's not worth much if it tastes bad. Something along those lines. So I would think they taste good but if you need more proof, I would say see if you can get in touch with some previous clients and ask them what they thought.

I contacted their website once and they are limited in their service area and charge alot of money to go outside of it. The minimum was about $500 dollars. They were nice enough to write me back, and I was disappointed not to be able to use their services.
