My girlfriend and I were having sex in my car. It was parked next to another car in a secluded area on the side of a movie theatre. We were both naked from the waist down and she was giving me oral when the family of the car next to us came back to their car! I have legally tinted (not too dark) windows, but the mother and pre-teen daughter were staring in the window at us! The mother appeared to get on the phone immediately as if to call the cops! My girlfriend and I immediately got dressed and waited for the family to leave. As they were pulling out of the space, their car paused for a moment, and I believe they were either taking a pic of my car/plates, or writing my info down. As soon as the car left, we both fled the scene. My question is, IF they did take a pic of my car, what EXACTLY can they do with it?? What can they prove? Will the police do anything about a complaint like that?
I am concerned that the cops will be knocking on my door next week with a warrant!!
HELP!!

There is NOT a damn thing they can do. The only time you would have gotten in trouble, if COP, the unfortunate Mother, lucky pre teen had seen both off you all together. It's like I take a photo of some cops car parked in lot and they go to station and tell them that he beat someone rock hard in the car. It does NOT work that way. Police can NOT always listen to everybody and accept that story. So, this time you got lucky. Next time you can use the local hotel rooms. Please!

They won't come with a warrant.

But they may come to talk to you. And that could happen anyplace they happen to spot your car.

What could happen?

All sorts of sex crimes might apply in this situation, but we are not lawyers, and we don't know the details. At the very least you didn't mention anyone's age.

I suggest you run this by a local attorney. You can find them in the yellow pages, and many offer free initial consultations.

SECLUDED AREA? OK
LEGALLY TINTED WINDOWS? AND THEY SAW SOMETHING.
WHAT EXACTLY CAN THEY DO WITH IT? NATIONAL ENQUIRER? WHO'S WHO AT THE DRIVE IN?
THEY COULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE DRIVE IN AND YOU WILL HAVE TO FORK OUT BIG BUCKS FOR A MOTEL ROOM.
GOT YOU WORRIED GOOD. JUST WHAT THEY WANT. SWEAT IT OUT WHAT FUN. ABOUT THE TIME YOU THINK IT IS OVER.BOOM HAHAHAHAHA--
SHOULD HAVE ROLLED DOWN THE WINDOW AND SAID "I NEED TWO FRIES A CHEESBURGER AND COKE TO GO?"

Nothing......Do not worry about it.
If it was a Police Officer, that would be different.
Just hope you are both over 18.
