ok, i am getting my license in a few months, and I have started looking into cars. The truth is that I have no idea in what I should get. I see that all of my friends seem to have trucks, which is great, however I have always been more interested in sports cars. A old camero, mustang, Nissan Z, etc. I know that my parents are gonna spend around 4 grand on it, and I know that I'm not going to get a real nice hot rod. But I want something that is as cool as I can get for the money. I have also taken gas mileage, insurance and all these other things into consideration. I have yet to find a car that fits all of these qualities. I want to make a responsible decision that will make my parents proud, and that will satisfy my need for speed. Get something reliable and low maintenance. Your first car should probably not be a V8.

It sounds like you need a Pontiac Grand Am or Grand Prix. Those cars are considered sports car and they get up and move. I would look into getting one.

you can get a older model civic or integra for up to 4 grand
if u wanna go rwd get a 240sx theyre also great tuners

a honda civic. great on gas, not so expensive, dependable used car, & doesn't cost a lot to mod to satisfy your need for speed.
