I have a 4 yrs old son who is an american citizen. My wife and me are legal here in the USA and I'm working here with an H1b visa. Is there anyway that we can become an Immigrant through my son?

Your son can not petition you for Permanent Residence until he is 21 years old (not 18).

See also Form I-130, Petition for an Alien Relative and you'll see he needs to be 21 to complete this form.
