You don't want to eat too heavy because you'll be uncomfortabl while pracitcing. A combination of carbs/protien is a good idea since protien will help your muscles buid and carbs will help your energy level. Maybe have an apple (carb) and some cottage cheese (protien).

a handful of raw unsalted almonds. They wont weigh you down but they'll give you tons of protein for energy!!
